I can't thank this company enough! Saved the day after being let down by so many other companies. I wish I found these first. Very reliable! Friendly and efficient staff, fantastic bouncy castle, if anyone is looking for a bouncy castle or other hire items, then these are the best 100% ! Thanks so much again.

We booked a bouncy castle for a birthday party having used this company before and having a good experience. Unfortunately the bouncy castle had to be cancelled because of the wind levels. Now I don't have an issue with this as it is the law that you can't have castles outside if the wind is over a certain level, that can't be helped. What was incredibly disappointing though is that they said they would come and check our site in the morning and take a wind reading, and that if it was ok they would put up the castle. Ten minutes before they were meant to arrive they rang me and said "my boss has cancelled all the outside castles." That was it. I explained how they had said they would come to do a check. They said they were an hour away so wasn't going to happen and that was that. Feel really let down, don't make promises you don't intend to keep. Wouldn't have minded if they had checked and said no it was too windy, but they didn't even bother to come. Very let down.

Didn't bother to turn up for our son's 5th birthday party. Deposit paid, and expected to meet at 10am to set up. Had contact from them earlier in the week to say weather forecast may not be in our favour but that they would still be there at time agreed to do wind speed test. No-one turned up, no call, nothing. When I chased them to see there whereabouts got told by employee he was told not to come as weather not good enough (literally not a breath of wind at the party venue) . Neither business manager would answer calls to explain. Awful. Don't bother using. Rude and unprofessional

Appalling service!! Do not use!! They cancelled our booking but failed to tell us they were cancelling... left us high and dry and left a group of 15 children very upset. Wish there was an option for 0 stars as hitting 1 star pains me with a service so terrible!

Top company with top service. Really friendly and were very cooperative with what we wanted as a customer. They deliver all over north wales and Chester area and have a large array of castles and soft play to choose from. Would recommend to anyone!!

Do not use. They cancelled our booking the day before the bouncy castle was due and as of yet, we haven't received our deposit back. The reason it was cancelled is not the point, the point now is that they have kept our money. I'm only giving them one star because you can't leave a review of zero stars on here. DO NOT USE.

The bouncy castle was fine. The problem was that we ordered for the weekend for my son's 1st birthday. They came to collect it early Sunday morning (we were meant to have it until 4pm) due to high winds which we were fine with as couldn't be helped. The wind didn't turn out to be bad and makes me wonder if this is something they do. They have not refunded us any money. We have emailed, facebook messaged, called and spoke to them (where they promised a refund) but still no refund. I left a voicemail saying it was bad service and again heard nothing.
