Great trip to Torquay. Alan our driver was friendly, informative and helpful. The excursions were great value for money. Hotel food and staff were brilliant.

Great weekend in Edinburgh, transported there and back and enjoyed the wit banter and professionalism of Al the driver. Looking forward to another trip away soon

Excellent service. We were collected from Prestatyn by minibus and taken to catch our coach at Voel offices. The journey to Chatsworth was lovely, wonderful scenery. Steve, our driver, gave us various information on the way We were dropped off at Chatsworth House and advised what time we would be collected We had 51/2 hours to ourselves. We went into the House, walked around some of the grounds, saw the lovely Christmas market and finally walked the Illuminated Walk, before going back to the coach The return journey was in the dark and when we arrived at Voel offices some passengers got off the coach. We remained on and Steve drove us back to our original pickup point It was an excellent day out and we definitely recommend Voel Coaches

Had a wonderful week in Blackpool, our Hotel was transferred from Tiffanys to Park House Hotel,, I have to take oxygen and a wheelie with me, Alan the driver was a top man, helping me, Voel could not have picked a better venue for our Turkey and Tinsel week , excellent hotel service all round, with excellent service by Voel coaches,,, thank you

Thank you so much we went to Blackpool last week with my son who is autistic. Alan the driver was amazing and made my son’s day. I also lost my purse on the coach thank you to (Martin I think his name was) and Christine for getting it back to me it really meant the world. I can not recommend Voel Coaches enough amazing and thank you.

Just got back from 5 days on the Isle of Wight. Jonathan our driver went out of his way to make it a wonderful holiday, he is so witty and thoughtful and has the patience of Job. He had to battle with roads closures everywhere but that didn't phase him at all. Voel you have a treasure in him. I just hope the next holiday we book with Voel we will have Jonathan again.

Excellent experience booked a 5 day excursion no problem member of staff very helpful We had a fantastic trip it was our first coach holiday but won't be the last. The driver Paul was excellent always on time and there was never any waiting around for him or passengers. We had excellent day trips out would highly recommend Voel.

Tried Voel coaches day trip for the first time. We visited Kirkby and Hawes. It was a great day out. The trip ran very smoothly, from pick up to drop off, and the staff were very friendly. The coach tours are a great way to escape for the day and meet fellow travellers. We enjoyed the friendly chat along the routes. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Our trip to York was memorable to say the least partly due to our driver, Alan. He was entertaining yet informative and did his job well. Will definitely use Voel again.

I've taken many trips with voel ...concerts, day trips and weekend breaks. The service voel provides and what I've experienced is fantastic. The drivers I've met recently for both feeder mini bus "Barry" and coach drivers "Steve" and "Allan" are extremely thorough, respectful and jovial. The people in the office are also very thorough.... confirming times, letting me know of time changes or if having to cancel due to not enough ppl booked on a trip, at the end of the day a coach cannot be run when less than half full, that is working at a loss. Again voel coaches for me and my family are the go to coach company.
