I regularly attended Linda's class and would recommend this to anyone. It has helped me in many ways, mentally and physically (my posture and balance). Linda's a fantastic teacher and very supportive. I enjoyed the event at Lake Vrynwy and was wonderful meeting new people and sharing the experience of stunning views and practicing what we've learnt by the lake. I look forward to the next one.

We had the pleasure to join this wonderful group of people, who were all complete strangers for the day. We walked, talked and learnt TaiChi whilst taking in the stunning scenery of Lake Vyrnwy, it was a perfect day. Linda is so knowledgeable and helped us get into the correct positions. A unique experience.

I have been to a taster session and on a day retreat with Linda Gale so far. She is so passionate about the Tai Chi 24 she instructs. I have done a variety of styles in my time with various instructors and all have been wonderful , but they were sessions that you kind of used for recreation or just followed the movements. It had its place. However what strikes me as different with Tai chi 24 is how thorough it is in the underpinning philosophy and repetition of each movement. There is a grading system and this I like as it gives more accountability and reward for the effort and commitment you put into the training. I had the pleasure to watch Lindas students on the day retreat performing the form. Yes it had taken two years to perfect , which is how long it can take to learn 24 moves thoroughly, but it was so inspiring to see what is possible when focus and commitment is applied . Linda is a great instructor and I would recommend Tai chi 24 to anyone wanting to learn this form I can't wait to attend the next retreat weekend in May. Thanks Linda xx

What a great day! Tai chi, meditation, philosophy, Qi gong and a walk round Llyn Efyrnwy whilst revelling in the beautiful countryside views. Excellent company too. Looking forward to the next event. 🙏
